  • Clearance, promotional, or final sale items

  • Custom-sized or personalized orders

3. Faulty or Incorrect Orders

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll offer a full refund, exchange, or credit

  • Return shipping is covered if the error is ours

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds issued within 7–10 business days of product inspection
