We offer a variety of shipping methods based on your location and order size. Shipping options are displayed at checkout for you to choose from. The available shipping methods are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: This is the most economical option for most orders. Delivery times typically range from 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: A faster option for customers who need their orders sooner. Delivery time for expedited shipping typically ranges from 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: The fastest available option, with delivery typically within 1-2 business days (depending on your location).
All shipping methods are handled by third-party carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination. The shipping rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $100, we offer free standard shipping within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations).
- Flat Rate Shipping: For smaller orders, a flat shipping fee may apply based on the selected shipping method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Processing Time

4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination.
- International Shipping: At this time, Tourpariz does not offer direct international shipping. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team at info@tourpariz.net for assistance and shipping options.
- PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, please note that these orders may require longer processing times, and shipping options may be limited.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
6. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination address. The following are estimated delivery times after processing:

- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:

- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact our customer support team for assistance. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete to avoid delays or issues with delivery. Tourpariz is not responsible for orders that are delayed, misdelivered, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
